We are currently seeking a Part Time - Shift Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.

Position Overview:

This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ability to delegate and train personnel
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications
Proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do to so.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate requirements are:

3+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities
Supervisory experience preferred
College degree preferred
Current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license
