About the role:

Exciting contract opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to work onsite at our New Stanton, PA location. Reporting to the Eagle Supervisor, Standard Hardware and Common Q Platform, you will test Eagle Hardware and Software to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Eagle Hardware and Software to ensure functionality is working and accurate. (Eagle is a microprocessor-based hardware system that interacts with instrumentation readings and provides controls for a nuclear power plant.)
• Conduct specific testing to include: Initial training for Westinghouse, New Stanton, and Eagle Test Bed access.
• Utilize test data from the test performed, creating an MS Word based Test Report.
• Perform troubleshooting efforts on the Hardware I&C equipment.
• Execute assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline
• 0-4 years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of digital and analog hardware/system design and operation.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis/design
• Strong communication skills

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00/hour to $50.00/hour.
