As a Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in our diverse team, contributing to our exceptional company culture. We're seeking passionate leaders to oversee the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities.

Job Description:

Your Role:

  • Lead daily operations at one or more locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with rental processes and agreements.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding their storage needs and offering innovative solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Manage cash handling, including balancing receipts, pursuing collections, and overseeing bank deposits.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness through general maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members across various locations for collective success.
  • Run errands and travel to different store locations as needed.
  • Manage processes efficiently to ensure work assignments are completed.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts promptly.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in computer systems with a minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong manual dexterity and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working seated at a desk or standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with the local community and services.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to provide three professional references.

Workplace Environment and Physical Demands:

Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods while performing computer-related tasks and office functions. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. Position may require you to lift up to 50 lbs, twist and walk over one mile per day.
