This role effectively collaborates across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to sales results. The central purpose of this position is to provide a customer-centric focus, model purposeful leadership, and drive results for sales managers, Brokers & the firm. Â
Responsibilities and Duties:Â Â Â
Triage Team InboxÂ
- Review incoming emailsÂ
- Categorize emails based on type of workÂ
- Create service request for work that is done by other departmentsÂ
- Send initial replies to requests to maintain response timesÂ
Small Group QuotingÂ
- Generate quote for Employer GroupsÂ
- Provide revisions to existing quotesÂ
- Create New Group/Hire WorksheetsÂ
- Create side by side illustrations of benefits/rates in ExcelÂ
New BusinessÂ
- Enter Supply orders in SystemÂ
- Send out enrollment materials via emailÂ
- Gather new business materials and create service request for processingÂ
- Collect materials to process Ease buildsÂ
- Verify participating providers using carrier websitesÂ
Data IntegrityÂ
- Set up new brokers and contactsÂ
- Turn on quoting and web access for brokersÂ
Qualifications & Competencies:Â
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Outlook, intermediate Excel, MS teamsÂ
- Web based audio/video conferencingÂ
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Â
- University degree preferredÂ
- Comprehensive organizational skillsÂ
- Clear, professional oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to manage competing priorities, and negotiate mutually successful outcomesÂ
- Collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external teamsÂ
- Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mind-setÂ
