Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Logistics Clerk for our Edgewood facility.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure mail is being prioritized so that all SLA’s are met.
  • Communicate with departments when systems go down and to be able to articulate the problem so it can get resolved.
  • Communicate with other areas of Production/Vendors/USPS to ensure we have all the information we need to plan when large jobs release or should be preloaded.
  • Knowledge of Outlook-Good communication skills to write recaps to the team or to respond to QC/Production questions.
  • Brainstorm ideas with team and managers on how to make processes more efficient.
  • Be able to utilize Production Reports to ensure mail is not released before it should be and to make sure jobs are prioritized accurately.
  • Work to understand Vendor rules/regulations for mailings.
  • Perform tasks for accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing mail using the Production systems and software.
  • Review and submit the manifest documents and present them to the Presort Vendors. 
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained. 
  • Research issues and trouble shoot problems. 
  • Prepare mail on the floor to for presort vendors.   
  • Follow through to ensure every job is sorted and scanned accurately and in entirety.
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and manage workload in an 8-hour period, with ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or High School equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience within a high-volume production environment
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office; Computer proficiency
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies.

Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $23.52– $30.30 USD per hour depending on experience – Bonus Eligible
