Warehouse Reach Operator

At Ferraro Foods, our reach operators play a key role in keeping inventory organized and accessible so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Reach Operator who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Working On

Put away incoming product to the correct warehouse locations using a reach truck
Replenish pick slots so selectors always have product ready to go
Keep aisles organized so product is easy to find and pick
Follow proper rotation (FIFO) to keep inventory fresh
Use RF scanners to track and move product accurately
Help keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the shift

The Ingredients for Success

Ability to operate or learn a reach truck and warehouse equipment
Ability to lift, push, and pull product (up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and stay on task

The Details

Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated areas)
Equipment: Reach trucks and warehouse systems
Schedule: Sun - Thurs | 5 PM - FInish
Pay: $ - $25 per hour
