At Ferraro Foods, our reach operators play a key role in keeping inventory organized and accessible so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Reach Operator who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Put away incoming product to the correct warehouse locations using a reach truck
- Replenish pick slots so selectors always have product ready to go
- Keep aisles organized so product is easy to find and pick
- Follow proper rotation (FIFO) to keep inventory fresh
- Use RF scanners to track and move product accurately
- Help keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the shift
The Ingredients for Success
- Ability to operate or learn a reach truck and warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull product (up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and stay on task

The Details
- Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated areas)
- Equipment: Reach trucks and warehouse systems
- Schedule: Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
