At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Porters play a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for our warehouse teams. From keeping workspaces spotless to supporting sanitation efforts, your work helps ensure our operations run efficiently every day.
We're looking for a Warehouse Porter who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized facility.
What You'll Be Working On
- Clean and maintain the warehouse, offices, break rooms, and restrooms throughout the day
- Sweep, mop, dust, scrub, buff, and sanitize designated areas of the facility
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks according to the Master Cleaning Schedule
- Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all employees
- Complete daily sanitization logs and cleaning documentation
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
- Support additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as needed

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday
- Six (6) months of janitorial, porter, warehouse cleaning, or related experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial floor scrubbers or similar cleaning equipment is a plus

The Details
- Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
- Equipment: Electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and warehouse systems
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM–Finish
- Pay: $19 - $20 per hour
