As an IT Desktop Technician, you will provide front-line technical support for clinical and administrative teams and help maintain critical systems including EPIC EHR. What You Will Do You'll provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting services to maintain the performance and reliability of desktop systems and end-user technology across the organization. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, remote tools, and in-person assistance Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues Support EPIC EHR users by addressing access, performance, and workflow-related concerns Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and standard productivity applications Deploy, image, and configure computers and other end-user devices Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and issue resolutions within the ticketing system Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, security policies, and organizational IT standards Deliver professional, customer-focused support to clinicians, staff, and business users A Typical Day Respond to support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, deploy devices, support users, and work with IT colleagues to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.
