In this role, you will assist patients in selecting eyewear, ensure accurate order processing, verify prescriptions, and support the daily operations of our optical dispensary.   What You Will Do • Greet and assist all patients in a professional, friendly manner. • Utilize Point of Sale and EMR systems to accurately enter and manage patient eyewear orders. • Educate patients on frames, lens materials, coating options, and specialty products. • Verify prescriptions and measurements. • Operate optical equipment such as lensometers and pupilometers. • Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and perform adjustments. • Oversee optical dispensary operations including vendor relations and inventory. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical space.   A Typical Day You’ll welcome patients, guide them through eyewear selection, verify prescriptions, adjust and dispense eyewear, document orders, manage vendor communication, and troubleshoot concerns.   Schedule • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; extended hours as needed. • May require travel to other optical locations.
