Job Duties:
- Check operating controls and ensure safety of equipment prior to operation
- Set up machines based on production orders
- Monitor material quality for defects and adjust machine parameters as needed
- Label and pack finished products according to work order instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
- Comply with OSHA safety standards while performing job duties
- Wear a respirator when required for machine setup
- Follow routine oral and written instructions accurately
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (including respirator)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
