What You Will AccomplishThe Bar Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bar and leads a team of bartenders and barbacks to ensure high-quality service and beverage standards. This role is responsible for training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, and supporting profitability across all bar operations. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to align service standards and implement new offerings. Â
