Coversion Operator

Schedule:

• Sunday – Thursday (Off Friday & Saturday)
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties:

• Package rolls as they are produced on the machine according to work order instructions
• Lift materials as needed (up to 50 lbs.)
• Retrieve materials from inventory bins and report any damaged, defective, or missing items
• Perform machine setups per standard procedures or supervisor instructions
• Check operating controls and safety stops prior to operating equipment
• Maintain legible and accurate documentation
• Keep work area clean and safe in accordance with company policies
• Review work orders and drawings, resolving any discrepancies
• Produce and package products according to specifications during shift
• Follow routine oral and written instructions accurately
• Maintain Airtech lift cart certification
• Report any safety hazards to supervisor or management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
