SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects. 
  • Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives. 
  • Coordinating cross-project activities. 
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff. 
  • Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities. 
  • Applying change, risk, and resource management. 
  • Assuming responsibility for the program’s people and vendors. 
  • Assessing program performance and aim to maximize ROI. 
  • Resolving projects’ higher scope issues. 
  • Preparing reports for program directors. 
  • Communicating with customers on statuses of orders/projects being worked on. 
  • Communicating with various departments and senior management to get necessary details needed. 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plus. 
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person) 
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial experience. 
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage. 
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others
