RETAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR PURPOSE This procedure defines and details the function, reporting relationships, responsibilities, duties and performance expectations of the Retail Marketing Coordinator. BASIC FUNCTION The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the Retail Marketing team by executing the logistics, asset delivery, and workflow tracking that keep retail programs running on time across all four channels. This role supports the Retail Marketing Manager and Director by ensuring POS materials reach accounts, production timelines are maintained, and Monday.com boards accurately reflect program status. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Retail Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Retail Marketing Director. The Retail Marketing Coordinator has no direct reports. RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for: Support retail program execution by coordinating delivery of marketing assets to national accounts, off-course specialty retailers, green grass accounts, and digital partners Support POS material management — tracking inventory quantities, coordinating reorders, and managing distribution across all four channels Support retail marketing program tracking by maintaining timelines and deliverable logs in Monday.com Support sell-in presentation preparation — assisting with materials assembly, printing coordination, and logistics Support asset production requests by liaising with Creative on behalf of the Retail Marketing Manager Support administrative coordination for retailer co-marketing programs, trade events, and channel activation logistics TRAVEL A moderate amount of travel should be expected.  EXPECATIONS AND MEASUREMENTS OF PERFORMANCE A knowledge of golf would be an asset for the Retail Marketing Coordinator at Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO. Additionally, expectations performance measurements for this position are: •    Deadlines: Projects and tasks are effectively managed through completion in a timely fashion deadlines/milestones are met. •    Communication: All information, reports, and progress associated with projects and executions are communicated effectively with stakeholders. •    Quality of Work: Content created is free from errors and aligned with brand positions and strategies. •    Teamwork: Projects and interactions with colleagues are constructive, collaborative, professional, respectful, and effective.  All of the expectations outlined above will be monitored by comparative assessments, interviews with managers/colleagues/direct reports, and evaluation by the Retail Marketing Director. When possible, objective quantitative measures will be used.   QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) 1-3 years related work experience Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Golf and/or golf equipment expertise.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
