The Coordinator of Product Line Management is responsible for supporting various tasks and projects within the PLM department. This individual will serve as the information hub between the PLM team and all cross-functional partners and focus on product data management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate product line management department processes and communication
  • Validate and cross-check all relevant data/style information across all applicable systems to ensure accuracy
  • Perform, consolidate, and distribute product updates to appropriate teams
  • Enter style information into our PLM system for product categories where needed
  • Assist in maintaining organization and relationships across applicable cross-functional departments – specifically the Master Data Management team, Product Development team and merchandising team
  • Assist in the scheduling, planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings/presentations
  • Assist with meeting notes, recaps, and any administrative duties needed within the department
  • Assist with detailed project plans, schedules, and managing department calendars
  • Partner with sales and merch planning to coordinate reporting needs on a seasonal and as-needed basis
  • Assist in competitor brand research, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Support all daily and major tasks/projects within the product line management department

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SAP / PLM system experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, precise time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Deadline and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative / project support role
  • Experience in a consumer-based product environment preferred
25.29 - 31.61 - 37.93 USD Hourly
