Our Best Life Companies is seeking a detail-oriented, patient service–focused Dental Biller to support our billing and collections operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient accounts, facilitating payment arrangements, and supporting efforts to reduce account delinquency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patient account balances across multiple locations and departments
• Lead collection efforts to reduce monthly accounts receivable (AR)
• Audit patient accounts to ensure accuracy and proper balance allocation
• Prepare and submit required documentation to collection agencies when necessary
• Generate and maintain weekly and monthly financial and AR reports
• Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
