Job Summary
My Pet's Vet is seeking a compassionate Overnight Veterinarian Technician to join our team and help care for hospitalized and boarding patients during overnight hours. The position is a good fit for someone responsible, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a veterinary hospital setting. Duties include monitoring and tending to hospitalized patients and boarders, basic patient care, general cleaning and restocking, completing paperwork. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities 
  • Monitoring hospitalized patients and boarders.
  • Reporting concerns to the medical team.
  • Maintaining a safe and calm overnight environment.
  • Walking, feeding, and tending to pets.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Keep accurate patient records and logs.
  • Keep cages, runs, and hospital areas clean.
  • Laundry, dishes, and restocking.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of animal care and handling
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Patience and love for animals
