JOB SUMMARY The Team Leader will provide day-to-day leadership to program and staff. Provides oversite of day-to-day program activities, provides mentoring and training to program staff, provides clinical and administrative supervision to ensure program fidelity. Provides direct services as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promotes the principles of Service Excellence in all actions and activities. Provides mentoring as needed to ensure quality of care and consistency in practice. Collaborates with department leadership in the care delivered to consumers to ensure seamless, effective service delivery. Assists with scheduling of staff. Provides staff education and training as needed to ensure quality of care and consistency in practice. Collaborates with agency managers and directors in the care delivered to consumers to ensure seamless, effective service delivery. Provides clinical and administrative supervision as needed to ensure program fidelity. Ensures all necessary reporting is submitted accurately and timely. Maintains a current working knowledge of center policies and procedures, licensure regulations, CARF Standards, Assisted Living, Medicaid, and other regulatory bodies governing Prestera's service delivery. Writes quality reports and correspondence. Attends all departmental and center meetings/trainings as assigned. Adheres to confidentiality, HIPAA, and risk management policies and procedures including but not limited to completing Incident Reports. Participates in other functional work by participating in related projects, as applicable and directed by Center leadership. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises staff that work in program/service line.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year experience in program/service line. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience or demonstrates management or leadership abilities. Driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Ability to address crisis situations to prevent a need for higher intervention. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work with deadlines. Ability to work in Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-year related experience.
