We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets through concierge-level service, knowledgeable guidance, and effective coordination with our medical team. Successful candidates are professional, empathetic, and committed to upholding the high standards of client experience and patient care that define Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION

Duties and Responsibilities:

路 Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow for multiple doctors, and creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets both in person and over the phone

路 Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, triage client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, preventive care, and treatment recommendations

路 Admit patients, maintain accurate medical and client records, and support efficient daily hospital operations

路 Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and continuity of patient care

路 Build positive client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while supporting the comfort and well-being of patients during their visit

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

路 High school diploma or equivalent required; client service experience preferred - veterinary experience a plus

路 Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems

路 Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

路 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional client service

路 Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic support to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations

路 Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the collaborative culture of Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group

路 Genuine appreciation for pets and commitment to supporting exceptional patient care
