About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution. You will lead client relationships, guide HR strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across payroll, benefits, and compliance—stepping in as needed to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with client leadership and provide proactive HR guidance
  • Advise on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce strategy
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, benefits, and HR processes in partnership with internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across HR, payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth transition and strong foundation
  • Conduct trainings for clients and employees on HR best practices and system usage
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and HR teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and help clients stay compliant and well-positioned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR, PEO, or HR consulting experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (PrismHR a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
