About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution. You will lead client relationships, guide HR strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across payroll, benefits, and compliance—stepping in as needed to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact
Build strong relationships with client leadership and provide proactive HR guidance
Advise on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce strategy
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, benefits, and HR processes in partnership with internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across HR, payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms
Lead client onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth transition and strong foundation
Conduct trainings for clients and employees on HR best practices and system usage
Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and HR teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and help clients stay compliant and well-positioned

Qualifications

5+ years of HR, PEO, or HR consulting experience in a client-facing role
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (PrismHR a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
