Job Description
This position will report directly to one of the Facilities Plant Engineering Supervisor and will have direct responsibility to service and maintain a wide variety of electrical systems throughout the facility. This position may also require local coordination and oversight of electrical contractors during construction and maintenance projects. The facility is a campus of three buildings located in Greenlawn, NY, and has approximately 440,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School diploma or GED
EPA 608 Certification
Must have at least 4 years of commercial/industrial experience in the HVAC trade.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Familiarity with Niagara Tridium building automation system
Commercial plumbing license

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72019 - $115230

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
