Pharmacy Analyst - (Full Time) - 7070

St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Full Time Pharmacy Analyst.   This position under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy or authorized designee, the Pharmacy Analyst is responsible for implementation, monitoring, quality assurance, and support of pharmacy revenue integrity.  This position will also work closely with other SMMC departments and leaders to ensure proper internal controls and compliance. In addition, the Analyst will perform various administrative duties closely related to our financial systems and provide support with other clerical duties within the department.

EDUCATION:

High school graduate.  Associate degree or equivalent education preferred. 

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience with personal computers and demonstrated ability to prepare flow charts, and identify trends/patterns. 

SKILLS:

Good written and oral communication skills, ability to learn quickly, good problem solving ability, computer smart, possesses good interpersonal skills.
