About the Role
As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, you'll play an important role in Commercial Operations by helping create quality products through kitting, sub-assembly, packaging, and other production activities. Your work supports the success and growth of Outsource Manufacturing while contributing to Pathfinder's mission.
As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, You Will:
Production & Assembly
- Accurately complete assigned production tasks.Â
- Perform kitting, sub-assembly, and other production functions.Â
- Operate production equipment and machinery, including equipment such as rivet machines, skin packers, and die cutters.Â
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.Â
- Work toward established production deadlines and quotas.Â
Packaging & Shipping
- Prepare finished products for shipment.Â
- Box and package completed products according to production requirements.Â
- Ensure finished goods are prepared accurately and efficiently for customers.Â
Safety & Quality
- Follow established safety practices and procedures.Â
- Maintain accuracy and quality while completing production assignments.Â
- Use good judgment when performing assigned duties.Â
- Adapt to changing production needs, activities, locations, and customer requirements.Â
Teamwork & Communication
- Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve department and organizational goals.Â
- Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and assigned committees as appropriate.Â
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Â
- Maintain accurate documentation of time worked.Â

Requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- Related work experiences along with an excellent work record.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card required.
- Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
