About the Role

As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, you'll play an important role in Commercial Operations by helping create quality products through kitting, sub-assembly, packaging, and other production activities. Your work supports the success and growth of Outsource Manufacturing while contributing to Pathfinder's mission.

As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, You Will:

Production & Assembly

Accurately complete assigned production tasks.
Perform kitting, sub-assembly, and other production functions.
Operate production equipment and machinery, including equipment such as rivet machines, skin packers, and die cutters.
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Work toward established production deadlines and quotas.

Packaging & Shipping

Prepare finished products for shipment.
Box and package completed products according to production requirements.
Ensure finished goods are prepared accurately and efficiently for customers.

Safety & Quality

Follow established safety practices and procedures.
Maintain accuracy and quality while completing production assignments.
Use good judgment when performing assigned duties.
Adapt to changing production needs, activities, locations, and customer requirements.

Teamwork & Communication

Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve department and organizational goals.
Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and assigned committees as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Maintain accurate documentation of time worked.

Requirements

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

Related work experiences along with an excellent work record.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card required.
Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
