This position is ideal for someone who loves creating content, enjoys being around people, and can also help support the front desk and patient experience during evening hours.

This position is ideal for someone who loves creating content, enjoys being around people, and can also help support the front desk and patient experience during evening hours.
This role is primarily focused on social media support and content creation, while also assisting with select patient care coordinator responsibilities when needed. You’ll help bring the RECOVRY brand to life online by creating engaging content, capturing moments in the clinic, and helping us maintain a strong and consistent social media presence. During non-content hours, you’ll support front desk operations and help ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

- Monday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PMÂ
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PMÂ
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PMÂ
- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PMÂ
Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platformsÂ
- Capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and in-clinic momentsÂ
- Help create, post, and schedule social media contentÂ
- Brainstorm fun, engaging, and on-brand content ideasÂ
- Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with relevant local contentÂ
- Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence onlineÂ
- Track content ideas and assist with organizing a content calendarÂ
- Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming front desk experienceÂ
- Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and respond to basic patient inquiriesÂ
- Collect co-pays and support light front desk administrative tasks as neededÂ
- Help keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and presentableÂ
Requirements:
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brandingÂ
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends preferredÂ
- Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating engaging contentÂ
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with patients and team membersÂ
- Strong communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitaskÂ
- Previous front desk, hospitality, wellness, retail, or medical office experience is a plusÂ
- Basic computer skills required; EMR experience is a plusÂ
Compensation:
$19 - $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
