Shift Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of operators on the day shift 
• Ensure all activities left over from night shift are completed 
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that can occur during the shift 
• Ensure all orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner 
• Always Obey the “General Rules for All Employees” and ensure that all RPS employees follow the same rules 
• Complete all paperwork as assigned 
• Perform other duties as assigned 
• Primary emphasis on SHE compliance and production performance 
• Promote and support Koppers goal of Zero Harm and Zero Waste 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Relevant supervisory job experience in the manufacturing industry
• Safety, health, and environmental awareness
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
