Evening Lab Supervisor

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Evening Lab Supervisor. 

The Evening Lab Supervisor's primary purpose is to supervise the evening/night shift sections of the laboratory encompassing Blood Bank, Chemistry, Clerical Support, Hematology, Microbiology, and Phlebotomy. 

• Bachelor's degree required. 
  • The candidate may be accepted for hire with an associate degree provided they are enrolled in and progressing towards a bachelor’s degree.  The candidate agrees they will complete this degree within 1 year of the hire date to maintain this position. 
• Med Tech/MLT Registration required. 
• WV State Licensure as Technologist required.
• 3 years of Position-Related Experience required. 

  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.  

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the Medical Technology field. 

  • The position requires demonstrated computer skills in a windows-based environment including Microsoft Office applications.
