Order Fulfillment Technician
Wholesale Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain • St. Louis Metro, MO • $16.50–$18.00/hr • Full Benefits, 100% Company-Paid Premiums
Build your career in the engine room of Missouri cannabis. As an Order Fulfillment Technician on our facilities team, you’re the person who gets Swade and Sinse products out the door and into the market — packaging, staging, and shipping wholesale orders that stock dispensary shelves across the state. This is hands-on warehouse and supply-chain work with a fast-growing, vertically integrated operator, and a real path to grow in one of the country’s most exciting industries. No cannabis experience required; if you’re accurate, dependable, and take pride in getting the details right, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll work alongside our Logistics team to receive, process, and deliver orders on schedule — and every full-time team member gets health, dental, and vision insurance with individual premiums covered 100% by the company, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a generous employee discount. It’s a career, not just a job.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive pay: $16.50–$18.00/hour (non-exempt), commensurate with experience.
- 100% company-paid premiums for individual health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
- 401(k) with company match to help you invest in your future.
- 12 days of paid time off, plus paid holidays including 3 personal days.
- Generous employee discount on the products you help bring to market.
- Grow with us: hands-on experience in cannabis logistics, inventory, and supply chain with clear paths to advance as we scale across Missouri.
