What You Will Do

This is a consultative service- not high-pressure sales. As a Residential Service/Sales Electrician, you will work directly with homeowners who have scheduled appointments with Brda to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting electrical issues.
Explaining repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally.
Assisting homeowners with improving the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems.
Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations.
Building lasting customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service.
Communicate confidently and professionally.
Take pride in clean, high-quality workmanship.
Complete the job correctly the first time.
Solve problems independently.
Represent Brda Electric brand with integrity and professionalism.

Typical Projects Include:

EV Charging Installations.

Electrical panel upgrades and replacements.

Service upgrades.

Interior and exterior lighting installations.

Troubleshooting and repairs.

Whole-home electrical improvements.

Safety inspections.

Preventative maintenance.

What We Are Looking For

REQUIRED

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED

Four (4) or more years of experience.
Residential service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners.
Customer-facing service experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OFFERED

$22.00 to $35.00 per hour - Depending on experience.

Sign on bonus up to $5,000 - Depending on experience.
