Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role will work on real-world applications involving motors, drives, and robotics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and collaborating across teams.Â
A typical day as an Electrical Engineer can include:
- Support design, testing, and integration of mechatronic systems across HIWIN Corporation’s product portfolioÂ
- Troubleshoot and optimize electrical and motion control systems, including servo tuning and multi-axis performanceÂ
- Test and validate motors, drives, and controllers to ensure performance meets specificationsÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, applications, and global engineeringÂ
- Participate in system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringÂ
- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, robotics, or mechatronicsÂ
- Experience with motors, servo drives, or motion control systemsÂ
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, C#, or PythonÂ
- Understanding of control systems, servo tuning, and motion control principlesÂ
- Exposure to industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus)Â
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, learning-oriented mindset

Compensation RangeÂ
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
