Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking professional and customer-focused Access Control Officers to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate. This position plays a critical role in protecting MDA personnel, facilities, and assets by managing access control operations, screening visitors, monitoring facility security, and supporting emergency response activities.Â

Â
Responsibilities
- Control access to facilities, property, equipment, and restricted areas in accordance with established security procedures.Â
- Verify visitor identities and review required documentation prior to granting facility access.Â
- Issue visitor badges, temporary credentials, and access authorizations in accordance with established policies.Â
- Conduct security screening activities using magnetometers, x-ray equipment, and other security technologies.Â
- Ensure prohibited items are identified and properly secured prior to facility entry.Â
- Conduct routine security inspections, facility access checks, and security measures as directed.Â
- Escort authorized personnel to restricted areas when required.Â
- Monitor facilities for security concerns and report violations, suspicious activity, or security incidents to appropriate personnel.Â
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents and provide on-the-scene assessments to supervisors and security operations personnel.Â
- Support medical, fire, law enforcement, and emergency responders as directed.Â
- Coordinate with Security Operations Center personnel during special events and operational activities.Â
- Perform CPR, AED, and First Aid response duties as required.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned.Â
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ required.Â
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Â
- Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and Red Cross First Aid certifications.Â
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with employees, visitors, customers, and government personnel.Â
- Ability to follow established security procedures, policies, and operational requirements.Â
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or federal government facilities.Â
- Experience in access control, security operations, visitor management, or physical security programs.Â
- Experience using badge systems, screening technologies, or access control equipment.Â
- Experience responding to emergency situations and security incidents.Â
- Previous military, law enforcement, or security experience.Â
