For over four decades, we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, innovation, and strong partnerships with our distributors and dealers.   As we continue to expand, we’re adding to our team and looking for individuals who want to grow with us in a company that values people, performance, and taking pride in our work.   Key Responsibilities • Create and revise AutoCAD drawings, templates, and production-ready layouts based on order specifications. • Review incoming order information for completeness and accuracy and follow up internally or with customers/dealers when details are missing or unclear. • Verify measurements, angles, radii, and product dimensions using math and established measuring standards to ensure proper fit and manufacturability. • Interpret and apply engineering notes, product standards, and manufacturing requirements to drawings. • Maintain drawing files and organize documentation in the appropriate folders, order systems, and naming conventions. • Communicate directly with Sales, Customer Service, and Production to confirm lead times, custom requests, and drawing priorities. • Make corrections quickly when revisions are requested by customers or when manufacturing identifies an issue during assembly. • Support production by troubleshooting pattern/drawing issues and helping identify measurement or layout discrepancies. • Prepare approval drawings and clearly mark key measurements, seams, cutouts, step shapes, radii, and other build-critical details. • Assist with continuous improvement by identifying recurring drawing issues and suggesting process or template updates to reduce errors. QualificationsExperience: AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred) Experience working in a quality-driven environment where drawing accuracy directly impacts production and warranty outcomes (Preferred) Experience collaborating with production, installation, or operations teams to resolve design issues. (Preferred) Experience using standardized CAD templates, libraries, or design rules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
