Location: Alabama
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
Support case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
Offer feedback that helps supervisees strengthen clinical judgment
Maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements
Help support Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform by being available to qualified clinicians

Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements
Prior supervision experience preferred
