Office Pride of North Alabama is growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Associate to help expand our commercial cleaning business throughout our territory.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new commercial cleaning opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners and facility managers
- Conduct facility walk-throughs
- Prepare and present proposals
- Close new recurring service agreements
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure successful customer onboarding
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience preferred
- Commercial services or facility services sales experience is a plus
- This is not an entry-level sales position. Only candidates with demonstrated success in outside B2B sales will be considered.
