Overview

The Orthopaedic Center, is looking for a highly motivated PT Office Floater. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Office Floater will perform an array of duties including, but not limited to, insurance verifying for assigned physical therapy clinics, working in the call center assisting with answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and greeting and assisting with check-in and check- out duties of patients presenting for appointments. The Office Floater must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Knowledge of data entry and Excel preferred

  • Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messages
  • Pleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming callers and insurance representatives
  • Must be able to use arms, hands and fingers skillfully
