MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Flight Test Analyst. This position provides support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Test Directorate, Consolidated Flight Test Organization, with a focus on test planning and execution for the Space Based Interceptor program.

The candidate will be responsible for pre-mission analysis, mission execution support, and post-mission data analysis, including:

Supporting the development of post‑flight Best-Estimate Trajectories (BETs) for critical trajectory objects by integrating available truth data from telemetry, radar, and optical sources.
Developing predictions for flight test data collection platforms.
Performing model and data analysis, including object characterization, Monte Carlo trajectory simulations, and trajectory data fusion to support post‑flight test reviews.
Preparing and presenting pre‑flight and post‑flight truth data planning and results.

Required Qualification:

US citizenship and a secret level clearance required
BA/BS in a field relevant to the position and 7+ years of relevant experience required, 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.
Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Missile Defense System (MDS) designs, system performance, and testing
Experience with MATLAB, Python, Java, and/or other programming languages
General knowledge of industry‑standard trajectory, radar, and optical prediction codes
Understanding of waveforms, polarizations, and radar data applications

Desired Qualification:

Top Secret clearance
DoD testing experience and DOD test execution
