Senior Program Integration Analyst

Full-Time with an Employee Owned and Best Places to Work Contractor

Onsite in Huntsville, AL

 

Senior Program Integration Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to a U.S. Army radar system program office. 

 

Responsibilities:

This role serves as a key integrator across cost, schedule, and performance, enabling Assistant Program Managers (APMs) to effectively manage their portfolios and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate brings extensive DoD acquisition experience and excels at translating complex program data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Serve as a key integrator across cost, schedule, and performance to provide a unified view of program health

  • Translate program-level guidance into actionable plans, tracking frameworks, and execution strategies

  • Integrate cost, schedule, and performance data across program portfolios

  • Monitor execution, identify issues, and drive risk/issue resolution with mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment with program objectives and acquisition timelines

  • Track budgets, obligations, and expenditures; develop spend plans, phasing, and affordability assessments

  • Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions

  • Evaluate and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis

  • Track milestone execution and ensure alignment with acquisition decision events

  • Support assessment of system and subsystem performance against requirements and test results

  • Manage risks, issues, and action items

  • Develop decision support materials for milestone reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and leadership briefings

  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to support program decisions

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution and 8+ years of experience
  • Experience synchronizing technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program preferred
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or experience conducting Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Estimate at Completion (EAC) preferred
  • Experience supporting, planning, and executing technical milestone reviews, including System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) preferred
  • Experience developing tailored dashboards and metrics for briefing senior leadership preferred
