RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests. 

This overseas position is located on Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodations or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas U.S. tax incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for supporting supply management activities as directed and needed by the Supply Supervisor.
  • Perform any combination of the following tasks: receive, store, account for, and distribute equipment, and materials. 
  • Transport materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas by hand, hand truck, electric handcart, or forklift truck. 
  • Receive, sort and place materials on assigned racks, shelves, or in bin locations according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Fill requisitions, inventory usage, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items. 
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and transfers orders to packing delivery department.
  • Accurately record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Open packages to include but not limited to; drums, crates, and other containers, using hand tools. 
  • Mark materials and assets with identifying information, using stencils, or other marking device. 
  • If needed, drive vehicles/forklifts to transport stored items from warehouse to job site or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.
  • Organize work efficiently.
  • Perform project inventory functions/requirements.
  • Maintain security for the safe storage of equipment and materials. 
  • Adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or related field; or experience in lieu of education. 
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in supply management and/or warehousing.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Government Property Management regulations and requirements, specifically FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1.
  • Proficiency using IBM Maximo or equivalent enterprise asset/property management systems for cargo tracking and material movement accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well with all levels in and outside of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and the capacity to work effectively and react quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Must be physically able to conduct various unaided range of motion movements to include bending, twisting and climbing stairs up to 30 feet.
  • Ability to stoop, climb, have prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and work with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical agents.
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) which is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
  • Ability to work in high-humidity temperatures >82°F.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. independently.
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Background Investigation to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). 
  • Must be physically present and able to travel to work locations on a regular basis.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport. 
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Garrison, Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a base driver’s license, specifically for each piece of equipment required for the job.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
