We are seeking a skilled System Repair Technician to support our Javelin electrical assembly, testing, and repair operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role will provide ongoing support to the Warfighter by ensuring training devices are fully operational and in superior working condition.

This is a fully on-site position in Huntsville, AL.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assemblies
  • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment
  • Interpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentation
  • Document repairs and test results
  • Support quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Work in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standards
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practices
  • Escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar defects or failures

What We're Looking For

  • 0-4 years of electronics assembly or repair experience
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Basic understanding of Javelin parts and capabilities preferred
  • Ability to read schematics and follow controlled processes
  • Basic understanding of ESD controls and safe handling practices
  • Active SECRET security clearance
  • Ability to lift 25-40 lbs. as required
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
