Sr Applications Analyst

Overview

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Applications Analyst. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Sr. Applications Analyst will install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. The Sr. Applications Analyst must be able to communicate effectively with TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education Required: HS/GED

Education Preferred: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent education with relevant work experience in support of computer systems, applications, networks, and telecommunications

Experience: 

• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
