KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that information assurance is provided for information technology IAW current policies, procedures, and statutes.
- Ensure support efforts are in compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) and planning and procedures are incorporated into and aligned with configuration management processes.
- Maintain compliance in accordance with all applicable DISA STIGs including Application Development, Internet Information Services, SharePoint, and Database management.
- Will require travel on a periodic basis to distant locations to perform on-site Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) effectiveness, Control Assessments (CA), and effectiveness of RiskÂ
- Management Framework (RMF) Modernization efforts on a portfolio of systems, networks and applications.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Familiar with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) assessments, Security Control Assessor-Validator (SCA-V) assessments, Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) assessments,Â
- Proficient with Risk Management Framework (RMF) system reviews and accreditations, Incident Response support, Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) administrative support.
- Maintain computer processing, network systems configuration and application suites in compliance with the latest Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- PMP Certification (required).
- Experience supporting DoD environments (SMDC preferred but Army desired).
- SME-level expertise in IT or Cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership and contract management experience.
 CLEARANCE
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance with TS.
