Position Overview

We are growing our remote team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences to join us as Travel Income Consultants. In this work-from-home role, you will support clients in building personalized vacation plans, coordinating travel arrangements, and guiding them through the booking process from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing

Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals and preferences
Design tailored vacation options including airfare, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities
Share destination ideas and travel recommendations based on client needs
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
Work alongside travel suppliers to process reservations and confirm arrangements
Keep client travel details organized and accurately maintained in internal systems
Monitor travel updates, promotions, and destination opportunities
Support travelers throughout the entire planning and booking journey

Ideal Candidate Profile

Interested in travel, customer service, or remote client support roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved regions
