Additionally, this position assists in general warehouse functions.. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, mission and policies of Doll Distributing LLC; State of South Dakota laws and regulations governing the beer industry; and brewery/supplier requirements. Essential Functions: Replenish depleted pick line with the next available product while maintaining proper rotation. Rotate product in accordance with the freshness, product code dates and rotation policies as set by Anheuser-Busch and other suppliers Learn, interpret and apply product code dates in accordance with policy Ensure all products are properly stacked Operate warehouse machinery safely (i.e. Forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker etc) and efficiently according to company policy Maintain a high degree of accuracy while performing job duties Provide exemplary customer service to external/internal customers and vendors Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner Performs timely/accurate check-in of company delivery trucks as they arrive and places in proper location Uses a scanner and mobile device to put product back into inventory accurately Maintain a high degree of accuracy in building unloading trucks and inventory Communicates with PM Warehouse Manager on completion of routes to initiate the restocking process Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal/external customer Compliance with all company and equipment safety regulations Other duties as assigned    Non Essential Functions: Assist with order building as needed Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse Assist with other daily tasks including out of code processing and close to code. Assist with customer pick-ups Essential Skills and Knowledge: Basic mathematical aptitude skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers. Qualifications Qualifications: 18 years of age or older High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required Ability to obtain certification in forklift and pallet jack operations Warehouse experience preferred. Ability to learn, interpret and apply product code dates for each brewer.  Working Conditions: Temperature/Climate  This position will constantly be in a climate-controlled environment (60-68 degrees) and Occasionally in an outdoor (covered) environment Safety Considerations This position will routinely drive forklift trucks (Constantly), pallet-jacks and other cleaning equipment (Occasionally) Personal Protective Equipment necessary   Steel-toed boots/shoes with skid-proof soles may be required Physical/Mental Organizational Capabilities Sitting – Constantly Standing/Walking/Bending – Frequently Climbing – Occasionally Lifting – Minimum of 24lbs (frequently)– Maximum of 165lbs (Occasionally) Push/Pull below shoulder height – up to 65lbs (Occasionally) Push/pull at or above shoulder height – up to 27lbs (Occasionally) Attention to detail, Problem Solving – Constantly.
