Job Description

We are looking for friendly faces to join our team as a shift leader! Do you have the determination and drive to run a shift at a store, directing employees and striving to make each customer's experience the best it can be? As a shift leader you will be expected to:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Managing employees: Providing direct supervision, training new employees, and ensuring employees follow company and legal regulations 
• Managing cash: Handling cash drops, managing deposits, and ensuring cash franchisee management policies are followed 
• Resolving problems: Addressing issues that arise during their shift
