Position Overview:
The Quality Compliance Supervisor helps ensure our warehouse follows food safety, quality, and government regulations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee cleaning, inspections, training, equipment maintenance, recordkeeping, and other programs that keep our products safe and our facility compliant. You will identify problems, help solve them quickly, and work closely with the operations and quality teams to make sure procedures are followed every day.
You will also lead the compliance team, set clear expectations, and help build a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Previous FDA experience is not required. We will provide training on food safety regulations and company procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, communicates well, stays organized, and is committed to doing things the right way.
 What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the teams responsible for product complaints, internal audits, and compliance training.
Ensure all product complaints and non-conformances are investigated, documented, and resolved within standard timelines.
Review and update SOPs regularly to standardize quality processes.
Inspect work areas to identify compliance issues, safety risks, or quality deficiencies.Â
Address and correct compliance issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert during regulatory updates and internal audits, keeping operations aligned with 21 CFR Parts 111 and 117.
Coach, train, and deliver constructive feedback to team members to improve daily compliance and operational performance.
Track departmental statistics, monitor team productivity, and report regular compliance metrics to upper management.
Skills We’re Looking For
At least three years of experience in a quality or compliance role within a cGMP-regulated environment is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations for dietary supplements, specifically 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117, or ability to obtain.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead training and deliver clear feedback.
At least one year of leadership experience supervising others.
A constructive, hands-on leadership style that helps team members understand the "why" behind compliance rules.
High attention to detail with a strict approach to enforcing standards and documentation.
