Experienced Lawn Care Technician

Grass Monkey Lawn Care is hiring an Experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team serving Mid Cities and surrounding areas. We provide residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup work, and property maintenance.

We are looking for dependable team members who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in quality work.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Lawn Care Technician with lawn care or landscaping experience to join our team. You’ll work on residential and commercial properties using well-maintained equipment to keep lawns and outdoor spaces looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including push/riding mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers, chainsaws, and fertilizing equipment

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups

• Keep work sites clean, safe, and professional

• Respect customer property, pets, and children

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn new equipment and techniques

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the shop

• Lawn care or landscaping experience required, minimum 1 year preferred

• Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality

• Reliable, on time, and able to manage your day efficiently

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
