Job Purpose:

The Round Sling Operator will operate the round sling machine and assist in the fabrication and repair of synthetic lifting slings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies
Operate Round Sling Machine safely and efficiently
Coordinate the production of orders with the Production Manager;
Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that fabricated items are Manufactured to BLP's quality standards; and
Ensure that test samples of fabricated items are forwarded to the Production Manager as required.
Perform other functions as required.

Job Requirements:

Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Must be able to meet production demands and deadlines in a safe and timely manner
Must be able to stand, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
