Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing

Job Summary  

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role will involve creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and analyzing market trends to ensure the brand’s competitive edge. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, be adept at managing multiple projects, and have proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. 


Responsibilities/Duties 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals, drive revenue, and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to optimize campaigns and improve market positioning.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, social media, content, and events.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
  • Lead market research initiatives to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice, supporting both brand building and lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and supporting individual development.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging idea-sharing and continuous learning.
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships and sponsorships that can expand the company’s reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Manage events, webinars, or other community engagement initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.


Qualifications  

  • Proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for creative, compelling content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Experience in team leadership, fostering collaboration, and nurturing professional development.


Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.


Physical Requirements 

The position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of up to eight hours
