Pro Shop Assistant

Part-Time Hourly non-exempt position

We are seeking a Pro Shop Assistant for our apartment community in Hurst! As Pro Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for taking tee time reservations, checking in golfers, answering phones, and providing service in the pro shop. Responsibilities

• Handling financial and administrative duties such as collecting fees from golfers, renting equipment, selling merchandise, recording check-in of tee times, etc. 
• Answering and directing phone calls, and greeting golfers and members.
• Maintaining a positive customer relations attitude. 
• Performs additional duties requested by the Pro Shop Manager and Senior Community Manager or Regional Director. 

Requirements

• Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office or other similar programs. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Work Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
