Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ET

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is seeking a new Customer Service Representative to join their team at one of our facilities in either Hutchins, TX or Dayton, OH! In this position, you will play a big part in maintaining and growing our customers' satisfaction!

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a direct point of contact for the customer

  • Answer customer questions or concerns via email, phone call, or chat

  • Troubleshoot problems as they occur and find solutions

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to provide reporting and status updates to our customers

  • Host weekly meetings with the customers and their teams

  • Manage inventory data

  • Some phone queue management - customers call a hotline that goes directly to the support team

You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent

  • 2 years of customer service or customer support experience

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to present and lead group meetings

  • Experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Microsoft Excel

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High school education or above; 2 years of college preferred.

  • 3 years of related/relevant experience.
